We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice.

Due to the nature of our jewellery the gemstones and crystals used sometimes show slight differences in shade and please bear in mind that our website may not show exact colours as this is very hard to replicate on screen. In cases of semi-precious gemstones, the shapes and sizes of some of the chips will differ from piece to piece, hence the individuality of our designs.

 

Payment

You can pay using the following credit or debit cards:

Your payment will be handled securely by Paypal. The payment will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of third parties reading your details.

The money will be debited from your account at the end of the checkout process.

 

Notification

Confirmation of your order will be sent by email and in this regard you will be required to provide an email address on registration.

 

Delivery 

As our jewellery is made by hand we do not hold large amounts of many of our items in stock. We will inform you upon receipt of your order if there is likely to be a delay in delivery due to an item being out of stock.

On receipt and authorisation of your payment, goods will be despatched within 48 hours, stock permitting (please see above). As we are a family run business in cases of holiday periods, we will state on our website that items will be dispatched after a designated date.

 

Returns

In the unlikely event that you need to return items of jewellery to us, please read this returns policy carefully.

Any returns must be made to us within seven days of you receiving your order from us.

Unfortunately due to reasons of health, safety and hygiene, refunds cannot be given on earrings for pierced ears under any circumstances.

Refunds will only be given if the returned items are in the original condition that they were sent to you, i.e. unworn and unused and show no damage.

Please note that you will be responsible for both the postage and the goods you are returning and it is your responsibility to bear the costs of the same. We will not refund you for postage costs.

May we strongly recommend that any items returned to us are sent by registered post and with proof of delivery. We will not be held responsible for any losses made by the postal service. In cases of loss of items by the postal service it will be up to you to make a claim against Royal Mail.

It is also your responsibility to ensure that the items you are returning are packaged securely and appropriately. We will not take any responsibility for any products damaged in the post that have been badly packaged.

In all instances, if you are dissatisfied with any item of jewellery please contact us immediately to discuss the same.

 

Registration & Use of Personal Data

Before you place an order with us, we require that you register with us.

On registering, we will ask you for personal information in the form of a contact telephone number, an email address and a delivery address. We require this information in order to process your order and to keep on our database so that we may, from time to time, keep you informed of any special offers that we feel may be of interest to you.

We undertake that any information that we hold about you will be kept securely and we will not, in any circumstance, pass your details to a third party.
